1717 Broadway is a skyscraper located in Manhattan, New York City, United States. At 750 feet high, it is the tallest hotel in North America. The building contains two hotels, the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Central Park and the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park, with a total of 639 rooms. The glass-clad building is located on the Northwest corner of 54th Street and Broadway.
The 1st floor of the building is the main lobby and check in area for both hotels. Floor 3 is exclusively for Residence Inn guests and houses a breakfast area and lounge. The 4th and 35th floor are amenity spaces shared by both hotels, with the 35th floor being a full floor fitness studio and outdoor patio. Floor 5 houses a separately owned bar and lounge. Floors 6-33 are the guest rooms for the Courtyard and floors 37-65 are the guest rooms for the Residence Inn.
Fujitec America installed the building's elevators, the fastest to serve an all hotel building in the city at 1,400 feet per minute.
